I’m a Minnesota independent organizer, Coast Guard veteran, husband, and former candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota.
I grew up in blue-collar East St. Paul with a Catholic foundation that taught me a simple truth: human life is sacred, and real leadership means protecting people—not performing for them. That conviction led me to serve in the U.S. Coast Guard, where the mission was to save lives rather than to project force. It also shaped how I approach politics: strategy over theater, results over rhetoric, and lasting infrastructure over temporary outrage.
For years I worked on the ground as an activist—first in local organizing, then as State Volunteer Coordinator and elector during the 2024 independent presidential effort, and later entering the Democratic primary for Lieutenant Governor alongside Po Vang. We proved everyday people could still break through rigid party machines when they organized with discipline.
Those experiences taught me the hard difference between political theater and serious civil resistance. Escalation without infrastructure is not courage; it is recklessness that leaves the most vulnerable exposed. Real governance requires an honest, practical, results-oriented approach—working with anyone willing to deliver real outcomes for working families and local communities.
